We try to process your order in approx. 5-7 working days. However, life does have a tendency to throw surprises at every possible turn, whether it be order queue, illness, or something else. Therefore, we kindly advise you to prepare to wait for your order to be shipped in approx. 10 working days. If you need your order to be shipped more quickly, please make sure you ask us before ordering if we are able to expedite your order. Please allow 5-7 extra days for custom orders. We’ll ship your order once all items in the order are complete or arrived.
Preorder items have all an estimated delivery time in their item description. Please note that this estimated delivery time is indeed an estimation, which is given us by our distributor, manufacturer etc. We cannot affect to the delivery time until the actual preorder items are arrived to us. Therefore, we are not responsible for any changes in the shipping schedule of the preorder items for reasons we cannot affect to.
We usually do not combine orders. However, if we notice several orders from an individual customer when processing them, we try to fit them in as few parcels as possible to save your shipping costs. This isn’t always possible due to weight, height, or other reasons. We will refund overcharged shipping charges in either voucher code or refund to your PayPal account.
We ship worldwide (including USA) from Finland using Finnish Posti. For overseas, delivery times vary depending on various reasons unknown to us. We try to ship your order quickly but please allow the postman some time to do their job, too. We are sorry we cannot provide systematic or reliable delivery time estimations, as the postal services around the world don’t seem to be that systematic nor reliable. What we can give is a rough estimation of delivery time, based on experience: to Europe 1-30 working days, to overseas (including the US) 1-60 working days… Usually it takes approx. 1-2 weeks to Europe and 2-4 weeks to overseas (including the US), so we kindly ask you to keep these delivery times in mind when ordering. As much as we’d love to, miracles are usually quite hard to maneuver.
The buyer is always responsible for the shipping. So please play attention to the shipping method you choose. If you want a tracked shipping, you need to choose it as your shipping method.
We always try to minimize your shipping costs, which means that if you have chosen the flat rate shipping option, we might ship your order via economy class, especially if the shipping costs would be double to the item prices if shipped via air mail. Also, sometimes the web shop system miscalculates the shipping cost downwards, in which case we ship your order via the economy class. Please inform us when placing your order, if you really need your order to be shipped via air mail no matter the costs.
PLEASE KINDLY UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT CHOSEN TRACKED SHIPPING AS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD, NEITHER WE NOR YOU CANNOT TRACK YOUR ORDER IN ANY WAY.
If your item is lost in the mysterious world of postal system, unfortunately we cannot refund your order. For valuable orders, we therefore strongly recommend choosing a tracked and/or insured shipping. Please note that these methods are on your responsibility too.
Remember always to check that your address is a correct and valid one.
All shipping costs are your responsibility. If you want to exchange an item (that is eligible for it), you are responsible for paying shipping to send it back to us, and for us to ship the new item to you.
Please note that all possible additional fees like customs etc. are your responsibility to pay. If you reject your package because you do not wish to pay these fees, you will not be refunded.
